Construction
Our core vertical. We prepare the floor plan and working drawings, render the exterior in 3D so you can judge the façade before a block is laid, and then execute the structure ourselves. Because the team that drew it is the team that builds it, the approved drawing is what actually gets built. Material procurement, labour and stage-wise progress are managed by us throughout.

Interior Designing
Interiors planned room by room or whole house. We settle circulation and storage first, then build up finishes, false ceiling and lighting as one coordinated scheme rather than a series of separate decisions. Layouts are customised to your room and your taste, including our specialised bridal bedroom packages — wardrobe, dressing unit, bed back panelling and cove lighting drawn together.

Project Management Consultancy
For clients who already have a contractor, or who are managing a build from outside Kerala. We act on your side of the table — preparing and checking estimates, setting the schedule, coordinating vendors and contractors, supervising quality on site, and reporting progress to you. It is the same discipline we apply to our own construction projects, offered as a standalone service.

Maintenance
A house needs attention long after handover, and Kerala’s monsoon is unforgiving about deferred repairs. We take on periodic servicing, plumbing and electrical repairs, carpentry and finish touch-ups, and structural remedial work. Available whether or not we built the house originally.

Professional Waterproofing & Painting
Waterproofing is the single most common thing Kerala homes get wrong, and the most expensive to fix late. We treat terraces, bathrooms, sunshades, basements and water tanks with the appropriate system for the surface rather than a single generic coating. Painting is taken up alongside it or on its own — proper surface preparation, putty, primer and finish coats, with texture and accent work where the design calls for it.
