What We Do Here
Renovation starts with a survey of what is actually there, because an older house rarely matches its drawings. Structure, wiring and plumbing are assessed before any layout is proposed, so the estimate covers the work the house needs rather than the work that was visible on the first visit. Families can usually stay in part of the house while the rest is worked on.
