ARMDEQ Home Solution started in 2017 in Thayyil, Kannur, and has since delivered more than 250 projects across Kerala. What began with residential construction and interiors has grown into six verticals covering a property through its whole life.
Most building projects lose something in the handoffs: the designer draws one thing, the contractor builds another, and the interior team arrives to find the wiring in the wrong place. Keeping design, execution and management in the same group is how we avoid that — and it is what the name is about.
Our approach is practical rather than grand. We plan around real budgets, real plot constraints and the Kerala climate, and we would rather tell you early that something will not work than discover it halfway up a wall. Because we also maintain and waterproof what we build, we have every reason to get it right the first time.
