Clear stages, so you always know what is happening and what it costs. Design work can be done entirely online if you are outside Kannur; execution is handled by our own site team.

Yes. Home plans, working drawings and 3D exterior elevations sit within our construction vertical, and many clients approach us for the design work alone and arrange their own contractor. We will hand over the drawings and renders you need.
It is for clients who already have a contractor, or who are building from outside Kerala. We act on your side of the table — checking estimates, setting the schedule, coordinating vendors, supervising quality on site and reporting progress to you — without executing the work ourselves.
Yes. Our maintenance and waterproofing verticals are available regardless of who built the house. Leak treatment, repainting, servicing and remedial work are all taken up as standalone jobs.
