What We Do Here
Waterproofing is the single most common thing Kerala homes get wrong, and the most expensive to fix late. We treat terraces, bathrooms, sunshades, basements and water tanks with the system appropriate to the surface rather than one generic coating. Painting is taken up alongside it or on its own — surface preparation, putty, primer and finish coats, with texture and accent work where the design calls for it. Available whether or not we built the house.
